BONTEMPI SRL’s support team is composed of highly-qualified professional technicians, all regularly trained within the company. Bontempi’s customers, from more than 54 countries around the world, are assured a first-class technical support by means of the latest technological instruments in addition to the traditional technical assistance at the customer’s site.
BONTEMPI’s support team members speak English and Russian and can count on the support of the technicians of its suppliers who, as international brands, can if necessary, provide native-speaking technicians. The Customer Care team guarantees immediate telephone assistance (technical and commercial) both during the building of the machine and during and after the warranty period.
BONTEMPI offers the opportunity of arranging the intervention of specialized technicians in the shortest time in order to respond to requests of technical assistance, installations and/or training at the customer’s site. This service can be requested directly from the “ASSISTANCE” section of the new website.
At the end of 2019 BONTEMPI also implemented a videoconference service that, together with the teleservice for the latest-technology machines, allows to significantly reduce the machine downtime and to offer a better service to the customer. To use this service, the customer must contact BONTEMPI who will provide all the necessary information.
